The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Tuesday Night Takeover and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

Magic: The Gathering is a trademark of Wizards of the Coast LLC. Tuesday Night Takeover is unofficial Fan Content permitted under the Fan Content Policy. Not approved/endorsed by Wizards. Portions of the materials used are property of Wizards of the Coast.

3. User Conduct

When interacting with our community channels (Discord, Comments, etc.), you agree to maintain a respectful and constructive demeanor. Harassment, hate speech, or malicious behavior will result in immediate termination of access.

4. Links to Other Web Sites

Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Tuesday Night Takeover. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party web sites or services.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Tuesday Night Takeover, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
