Cleopatra, Exiled Pharaoh Legends Brewed EDH
Post has published by
Cleopatra is here to bring all of the legends past and present to mess up your opponent’s days! Cleopatra is a sweet commander for a deck focusing on legends which I think works well within the gameplay and works well within the flavor as well. If you love various Golgari legends or just love swinging with creatures that are 30/30’s or bigger this is most certainly the deck for you. This is a deck that is packed to the brim with huge creatures, card draw, and removal, and those are the three things that this deck does the best. Cleopatra is a card I have been very interested in since spoiler season, and in testing, it is such a blast to play and is perfect for players of any skill level. I am so excited to showcase this one today, without further adieu lets get it!
Arna Kennerüd, Skycaptain Voltron Brewed EDH

Arna is an absolute EDH powerhouse; this card is crazy; while we don’t take a huge advantage out of the first part of their ability we absolutely abuse the second part, and having multiple copies of cards like All That Glitters or Colossus Hammer as well as free-equips like Puresteel Paladin and Forge Anew and we have a wild gameplan that allows us to hit like a truck and put a ton of pressure on our opponents, while all of the big-damage and one-shots are great one of the best elements of this deck is the high density of card draw which allows us to turn on sweet cards like Nerd Rage and keep our hand full is always nice. Who doesn’t love a commander who can provide so much utility and damage, this card is a pressure machine that is made even harder to remove with its ward ability. I almost never play Esper decks, so this is an awesome breath of fresh air for my deckbuilding and me. This commander has a lot of hype surrounding them for a good reason, so tap in, and without further adieu, let’s get it!
Coram, the Undertaker Graveyard Party Brewed EDH

Coram, the Undertaker, is by far one of my favorite commanders to come out of MH3; this card just feels like a true Jund commander. Coram embraces his color identity very well and is just a very fun commander to pilot. We can hit very hard and are built to fill our graveyard quickly and make our commander huge. Some of the best examples of cards that help our commander out a ton are cards like Impervious Greatwurm and Titanoth Rex which are great ways to make our commander huge and can easily allow us to one-shot an opponent. We also have a heavy focus on mill since we can recur lands and cards from our graveyard quite often with the help of our commander. This is a graveyard-focused value deck that can be very strong against a myriad of strategies and is overall pretty resistant, we are quite weak to graveyard hate but are pretty strong overall. On top of our commander being a great source of damage we also have strong creatures like Fiend Artisan and Golgari Grave-Troll which can also help us maximize our damage and hit hard. Combine all of that with some sweet payoffs for a big graveyard like Deathbloom Ritualist and Out of the Tombs, and we have a pretty sweet gameplan and can put a lot of pressure on our opponents. Without further adieu, let’s get it!
Tesak, Judith’s Hellhound Dogs Brewed EDH

In our infinite quest of finding cool and interesting commanders that don’t get enough love, we have landed on Tesak, a pretty cool commander from the MKM commander decks that has a measly one hundred decks according to EDHREC, Tesak is also very interesting because they support the dog creature type which outside of a few popular examples you don’t see a ton of. There is a shocking amount of mono-red dogs within EDH, and honestly, a lot of them are pretty great. There is no doubt that our commander is arguably the best card in our deck and provides a ton of utility and support. We have a ton of strong and awesome dogs throughout the deck that help us deal a ton of damage, like Bolt Hound and Komainu Battle Armor, which help us increase our damage and in the case of battle armor really screw up an opponents turn by goading all of their creatures. Tesak provides a ton of awesome utility for us and helps us get a lot of mana for strong finishers like Electrodominance and Fall of the Titans. With the errata of all hounds to have the creature type of dog, we have access to a ton of great creatures that were not typed as dogs before. While this deck does have some of the weaknesses that almost all aggressive decks have, it’s fun, on-theme, and just a blast to pilot. Without further aid, let’s get it!
