Todays Featured Commander Is:
Shadrix Silverquill is a commander that fly’s under the radar and is honestly not as popular as I would expect, they are interesting card that works perfectly for commander as it combines value with full table interaction and a little bit of politicking! Our deck is a straight up Orzhov token strategy with a bunch of token generation, token doublers and payoffs for our massive board, we have a ton of removal and a bunch of ways to get bigger while limiting our opponents! Without further adieu lets get it!

Why Shadrix Silverquill?
Shadrix is not entirely a build around card, whether we choose to make a creature or draw a card, Shadrix just offers a lot of options and can help us build goodwill with our opponents, while this may not make you immune or make your other opponents happy you can always “spread the love” and give yourself the best benefit! Shadrix is a big creature as well but typically we do not attack since his beginning of combat ability is very beneficial for us! Whether you draw a card, create an inkling or buff all of our creatures Shadrix is a really fun commander!
Deck Overview:
This section contains information about cards in the deck and how they function within the deck! As well as highlighting some of my favorite cards in the deck!
Creatures:
Our creature package is where we have some big token generators like Ancient Gold Dragon and Adeline, Resplendent Cathar both of which can really warp the game when they come out! Bennie Bracks, Zoologist is a pretty much every turn card draw machine! Combat Calligrapher is an awesome card that disincentivize our opponents from attacking us and have them refocus their efforts on our opponents! Company Commander is a crazy card that not only produces tokens but can make combat an absolute nightmare for our opponents! Elenda, the Dusk Rose can be a huge token producer especially when we utilize sac outlets like Carrion Feeder! We are a token deck so Mirkwood Bats
Planeswalkers:
Our planeswalker package focuses mostly on walkers that produce tokens or do something cool with them! Kaya, Geist Hunter
Tevesh Szat, Doom of Fools
Instants:
We have a ton of removal at instant speed like Generous Gift
Sorceries:
Blot Out the Sky
Artifacts:
Arcane Signet
Enchantments:
We have a ton of enchantments that help create more tokens and buff them up! My favorite enchantment in the deck is Anointed Procession
Land Base:
We have a land base with some awesome nonbasics! Cabal Coffers
Strengths of the Deck:
- Bunch of ways to produce a ton of tokens “token doublers” a plenty
- Shadrix is a card draw and token machine
- Decent amount of targeted removal / board wipes
Weaknesses of the Deck:
- Not a ton of ways to draw cards
- Deck can be a little slow in the start
- Can be weak to control decks since we often dont have a lot of recourse for their actions

Conclusion:
Shadrix is a really fun commander who lets us play a token deck with a minor group hug strategy coming solely from Shadrix himself! This deck is perfect for token lovers who dont mind politicking with opponents at the EDH table! We are a token deck through and through and we have a ton of payoffs and ways to benefit us from attacking en masse! Thanks so much for the support and for reading to the end!
