Bilbo's colors allow us to play a bunch of amazing cards and has a lot more range than typical lifegain decks. Mono-White is widely considered one of the weakest mono colors in all of EDH, Skrelv helps to break that stigma if only by a little bit. Skrelv is an incredibly fun to play commander and a lot of opponents will underestimate him when sitting down at a table, while he may be often underestimated he is pretty powerful and very fun to pilot!

Red does all of these things very well, just like in the last article when we covered white, Red is a great supporting color but no the strongest on its own.
