TNT publishes articles, deck techs, primers, opinions, recommendations, graphics, tools, and other content for entertainment and informational purposes. We may update, remove, or change content at any time.

3. Deck Tools
Deck tools, analytics, visualizers, calculators, recommendations, opening-hand samples, and deck analysis features are provided as convenience tools. They may contain mistakes, outdated information, incomplete card data, pricing errors, or assumptions that do not fit your playgroup.
You are responsible for checking legality, pricing, deck construction rules, and purchases before relying on a tool output.
4. User Submissions
If you submit a deck request, message, comment, decklist, suggestion, support request, or other content, you confirm that you have the right to submit it and that it does not violate anyone else's rights. You grant TNT permission to review, store, edit, respond to, and use submissions as needed to operate the site and related community features.
Do not submit private, sensitive, illegal, abusive, or confidential information through the site.
5. Community Conduct
When interacting with TNT, our site, comments, forms, Discord, social channels, or related community spaces, you agree not to harass others, impersonate people, spam, attempt to disrupt the site, upload malicious code, scrape aggressively, or use the service for unlawful activity.
We may moderate, remove content, restrict access, or block users where we believe conduct is harmful, abusive, illegal, or disruptive.
6. Affiliate Links
TNT may use affiliate or partner links. If you click a link or make a purchase through a partner such as TCGPlayer, ManaPool, WNYGaming, Moxfield, or another service, TNT may earn a commission or receive another benefit at no additional cost to you.
Affiliate links and card/deck commerce links are provided for convenience. We do not control third-party prices, availability, shipping, taxes, returns, payment processing, or order fulfillment.
7. Supporter Features
TNT may offer supporter features, ad-free status, redemption codes, or related perks. Availability, pricing, benefits, and technical behavior may change. Payment processing may be handled by third parties such as Stripe.
Unless a separate written policy says otherwise, supporter perks are digital access features and are not a guarantee that every ad, embed, third-party script, or external service will be removed from every page or device.
8. Third Parties
The site may link to or rely on third-party websites, APIs, embeds, platforms, stores, payment processors, social networks, deckbuilding tools, card databases, and video platforms. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, accuracy, availability, purchases, or services.

Magic: The Gathering, mana symbols, card names, card images, and related intellectual property are owned by Wizards of the Coast LLC or their respective owners. Tuesday Night Takeover is unofficial fan content and is not affiliated with, endorsed, sponsored, or approved by Wizards of the Coast.
Card images and data may come from sources such as Scryfall or other permitted data providers, subject to their own terms and policies.
10. Disclaimers
The site is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, current, or free of harmful components. We do not guarantee deck performance, card availability, legality, pricing, or financial outcomes.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TNT and its owners, contributors, affiliates, partners, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost goodwill, or losses related to your use of the site, tools, third-party links, or purchases.
