Go-Shintai of Life’s Origin Shrines Brewed EDH

Post has published by BigDoinks
Go-Shintai of Life’s Origin is an awesome commander and a fun way to build an enchantment-themed deck. I chose shrines for this list because I thought it was fun and flavorful. This deck falls into the midpower around a five or six, and we don’t play combos or loops in the deck. Make no mistake, even though we aren’t running any combos, we can have some very strong and explosive games. I have been testing this one at my LGS for a while, and this deck has some bad matchups but is a ton of fun, no matter who I am against. If you love enchantments and things to do in your upkeep, this is likely a deck for you. Without further adieu, let’s get it!

Chevill, Bane of Monsters Deathtouch Brewed EDH

Post has published by BigDoinks
Chevill, Bane of Monsters, is an interesting commander built around one of magic’s evergreen mechanics in deathtouch. The main advantage of nearly all of our creatures having deathtouch is combat. We also have the additional benefit of getting life and cards from the counters our commander gives opponents creatures. To my surprise, we have other cards to put bounty counters on creatures. We also have a lot of ways to target and take down opponent’s creatures. We also have all of the fun and strong removal that is present in any Golgari deck. This deck allows us to experience a real hunting adventure. Without further adieu, let’s get it!

Hakbal of the Surging Soul Merfolk Explore Brewed EDH

Post has published by BigDoinks
Hakbal of the Surging Soul is an absolute bomb of a commander and a great card for the merfolk creature type. Being able to explore with every creature on our combat step is not only a great way to buff our creatures but a great way to filter through the deck as well. We are a Simic deck that focuses on casting Merfolk and Hakbal as soon as possible and then exploding with a bunch of explore triggers. This deck is a ton of fun and one that I have been quite excited for since spoiler season, really excited to share this one with you all today! Without further adieu let’s get it!
